What can you control when making an acquisition as an ESOP company? What factors lead to almost three out of four deals not closing? Can the deal change midway through the process? Can your internal team handle the entire process, or should you seek help?
The panelists will discuss the successes and challenges in their own acquisition processes to help guide the audience in refining their own approaches to acquisitions. The session is meant to be conversational between the panelists and the audience.
