Chris Fredericks founded and leads Empowered Ventures, a diversified ESOP-owned holding company. Chris graduated with an accounting degree from Indiana University Bloomington in 2001 and worked as a CPA for four years before joining TVF, a textile supplier based in Carmel, Indiana, in 2005. He has a diverse background in management, accounting and finance, business valuations, mergers and acquisitions, operations, strategic planning, and supporting and developing people. In 2010, he proposed and led TVF's transition to ESOP ownership. After a decade of success as an employee-owned company, TVF established Empowered Ventures in 2020 to build a diversified holding company.
