Ellis Moseley

Ellis Moseley currently serves on the Boards and Audit Committee Chair of two private companies, including a 100% ESOP company. He has also served on the Boards of The ESOP Association, Freeman Exposition Services, and the Advisory Board of the Texas Tech Rawls College of Business. He was awarded the Life Service Award from The ESOP Association.

During 2015-2024, he was CFO/CAO of Hisco, an international industrial distribution company. Ellis managed the sale of Hisco (100% ESOP) to a public company and was involved in the post-acquisition transition.

Ellis was CFO/CAO of Freeman (ESOP) an international marketing solutions company (1994-2015).
