With over 40 years of service to TFI, his journey has taken him from the Broom to the Boardroom after being hired while in college to sweep the floor. He has a passion for leadership development, and his mission is to inspire lifelong learners and servant leaders to explore the possible in their leadership journey. Above all his favorite title is Pap, he serves as a loving Husband, Father, and Grandfather.
