Kathleen McInerney Kane is the President of Praxis Consulting Group and brings 30 years of organization development experience to her work with leaders, teams, and organizations. Kathleen’s broad exposure to organizational life enables her to see desired outcomes clearly and support her clients in achieving them. Kathleen is particularly effective in helping clients create strategic advantage through the development of leaders and culture. Recently, Kathleen’s work has been focused on supporting organizations in the development of succession systems to support long-term sustainability. Her work includes deepening leadership capacity in key organizational roles, through executive assessment and individual or group coaching.
