Tracy Woolsey serves as Senior Vice President in the Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) Client Services group, focusing on managing client relationships and ESOP transactions.

She joined GreatBanc Trust Company in 2023. Ms. Woolsey has 30 years of experience with ESOPs primaritly working as a Trustee for ESOP companies.

Ms. Woolsey earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Purdue University. She is a member of the NCEO, ESOP Association, is a past chair of the Advisory Committee on Fiduciary Issues, where she is still active, served on the Communications Committee and is a frequent speaker on ESOPs.

Ms. Woolsey’s experience includes trustee and ongoing transactional services for many types of ESOP companies.
