John Okubo is the CEO and a director of Architectural Glass & Aluminum Group, a 100% ESOP-owned, design-assist glass and glazing (curtain wall) construction contractor. He has led the Company’s ESOP strategy development and sustainability analytics for the past 17 years. He is a member of the NCEO, TEA, and the ESCA Leadership Council. Prior to joining Architectural Glass & Aluminum Group, John served as CFO, treasurer, and in other senior financial roles in the banking industry. He resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and is an avid skier, hiker, traveler, and learner.
