I am a finance and accounting type with over 40 years expereince in a variety of industries including an ESOP environment. My career started with Coopers & Lybrand in the Philadelphia office. I served both on the audit staff and consulting practice. My career has taken me in many different directions, with experiences ranging from systems implementations, operational reviews, mergers, bankruptcy settlements, operations management, ESOP work as a CFO and classic financial and accounting work. I retired from Beck Packaging a 100% ESOP company as the CFO, since then I have been performing advisory services in the business commuinty.
