Mike Flesch is a co-founder and managing director of Summit Fiduciary Group, LLC. Based out of Orange County, California, Mike is actively involved in the management of all of Summit’s ongoing and transactional ESOP fiduciary engagements.

Mike has over a decade of experience working on a large variety of complex ESOP-related issues, including annual valuations of privately-held stock, repurchase obligation, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, ESOP terminations, and purchases and sales of company stock.

For over a decade prior to founding Summit in 2023, Mike led the ESOP fidicuary practice of a publicly-traded bank.
