Strategic leadership is core to Marcy’s responsibilities as President and CEO of the Charleston Orwig Collective. She is a frequent facilitator of strategic workshops that help clients develop plans for brand management, marketing communications, sustainability, DEI and crisis management. She was one of three partners to transition the company to a 100 percent employee-owned ESOP in 2018. Marcy has recently been recognized by Titan 100 as one of Wisconsin's Top 100 CEOs & C-level executives.
