If you will be working on succession for the CEO or other executive roles in the next several years, this session is for you. This is a workshop where attendees will receive some important context and information to help in succession work, but then will dive into smaller group workshop exercises. Attendees will work scenarios in small groups as they think about problems from a hands-on perspective, share their thoughts and also learn interesting perspectives from others, most of whom are facing similar issues. Upon completion, attendees will gain experience working scenarios involving executive succession, where they will benefit from the perspectives of their entire group.
Upon completion of the session, attendees will possess a framework for how to approach succession of executive roles, potential pitfalls, and best practices – valuable knowledge they can use back in their companies.
