Leverage your employee ownership committee to build an outstanding culture and develop communications and events that transform your company. Attend this interactive session to learn practical tips about how to build or strengthen your employee ownership committee. You will also learn how to develop educational ESOP and professional development programs, employee ownership health and wellbeing events, community service, and fun networking activities to retain and engage your workforce. Network with session attendees in small groups to share examples of how your employee ownership committee is engaging your workforce to increase ESOP education and awareness. And share your ideas and examples with the session.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Participants will develop and/or further refine the objectives, goals, and structure of their employee ownership committee by December 15, 2024 so that they can strengthen their committee to better educate and engage their employee-owners about their ESOP.
  2. Participants will develop and define their an ESOP education and engagement plan, identifying 3 to 5 programs, events, or activities to develop, plan, and execute.
  3. Participants will further enhance their ESOP culture by developing a robust communications plan that educates and engages employee-owners about their ESOP and the many benefits of employee ownership.
