Financing for New and Existing ESOP Companies will provide an overview of the current debt capital markets environment and financing landscape for both new and existing ESOPs. This will include perspectives from across the capital structure including bank debt, nonbank debt, and junior capital financing structures. This session will further present representative case studies spanning diverse financing structures from both bank and nonbank lenders, including companies that have implemented a new ESOP as well as existing ESOPs that have navigated ongoing capital needs.
