We can all agree on how valuable ESOPs are to both the employees and the company. But it can be a balancing act as you try to provide a benefit to employees, enhance company culture, and meet corporate objectives while keeping the ESOP sustainable and in compliance with the qualified plan rules. This session shares real-life examples from an ESOP company and encourages both newer and mature ESOPs to share their stories and questions.
Upon completion, participants will be able to list suggestions for ways a company can use the ESOP to optimize employee culture and benefits while still meeting corporate objectives and keeping the ESOP sustainable.
