This session outlines a step-by-step employee ownership model ideal for businesses seeking gradual transitions. With design flexibility that adapts to company goals and individual preferences for purchasing or selling shares, this model offers a cost-effective way to implement and manage employee ownership. Through practical guidance on stock purchase plans, stock grants, stock bonuses, stock donations, and shareholder-focused governance, participants will learn how to strengthen employee engagement, retain business legacy, and ensure long-term, sustainable growth.
