Charita is the corporate training manager for KTA-Tator, Inc. In this role, she uses instructional design and adult teaching techniques to enhance the knowledge, skills, and abilities of her co-owners. Charita serves on the Pennsylvania Center for Employee-Ownership (PaCEO) Board, and is a member of KTA's ESOP Committee, where she assists with day-to-day plan administration. She also chairs the company-supported committee tasked with promoting an ownership culture. The EPIC (Educating People, Influencing Culture) Committee provides information and education on the benefits and responsibilities of employee ownership and the ESOP. Charita believes employee ownership is EPIC!
