Bob Dill served as Hisco’s President and CEO, with the primary responsibility of setting the organization's strategic direction and leadership. He directed an energetic leadership team focused on creating an outstanding customer experience and a dynamic work environment for Hisco’s employee-owners.
Bob started his career with Hisco in 1985 in Field Sales. He opened Hisco’s San Diego branch office in 1994 and was instrumental in developing HiscoMex. He was named President in 2002 and began serving as President and CEO in 2012.
Bob is currently retired from Hisco and serves as the Managing Director of Lumen Institute.
