Ginny Vanderslice is the creator and Academic Director of the ESOP CEO Leadership Program offered by the Center for Social Impact Strategy in the School of Social Policy and Practice at the University of Pennsylvania. The program, designed collaboratively with 14 ESOP CEOs in 2003, has been in existence for more than 20 years, graduating more than 170 ESOP company leaders. Ginny also has consulted to ESOP companies for more than 30 years on issues of leadership, culture and strategy. She is one of the main authors of the lead article in NCEO's booklet, Leadership Development and Succession Planning.
