James O'Brien founded GO2 Partners, Inc. as a 100% ESOP company in 1995 with 6 employee-owners. Today GO2 operates nationwide, and has 165 employee-owners who provide a range of product and service solutions to our customers, including printed materials, promotional products, and digital marketing. In 2024 Jim founded Employee Owned Connection as a service to the ESOP community. EO-Connection's primary service is a web portal allowing all employee owned companies to find other employee owned companies with whom to do business. The service is free and is intended to help us all prosper by doing more business with each other.
