Drew Larson is a member-attorney at BrownWinick Law Firm, serving as corporate and estate planning counsel in a multitude of areas. He has significant experience working with a number of ESOP-owned clients across the Midwest and has negotiated many transactions over the last 14 years.
He previously owned a small manufacturing business with his father and is passionate about the ability of employee ownership to strengthen communications and expand economic opportunity for employees.
