Henry Ventura joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2019. He specializes in the valuation of businesses for purposes of mergers and acquisitions, ESOPs and other purposes. Henry also assists companies with ESOP sustainability and strategic review analyses. Prior to joining Prairie, Henry worked in the Big 4 doing valuations for a variety of purposes. As part of his focus on project management, Henry works to ensure seamless communication with clients, trustees and other service providers. Henry has an MBA from The Ohio State University, a MS in Finance, and a BS in Engineering. He also holds the CFA and ASA certifications.
