Barbara Clough is a Vice President at Blue Ridge ESOP Associates where she focuses on ESOP design, administration and consulting. Ms. Clough has experience working with C & S ESOP companies, ranging in size from small to large. She advises on tricky administration and compliance issues, §409(p) testing and distribution policy design. In her practice she works with plan sponsors, accountants and attornies to provide guidance on plan design, legal and compliance matters as well as IRS & DOL inquiries. Ms. Clough holds ASPPA’s QPA, QPC and QKA designations, frequent speaker, author, member of The ESOP Association, NCEO and ASPPA.
