Roy Heinbach is the Vice President & CFO at Ryan Lawn & Tree. He oversees Accounting and Finance, Safety Fleet & Facilities, HR, and IT. Roy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Business Administration as well as an MBA from the University of Kansas and is a CPA. His career spans 30 years, including positions at a local Kansas City CPA firm, a national telecommunication company, and most recently as a global finance leader within the clinical research industry. Roy is excited to be part of a 100% employee-owned company and the ESOP Industry.
