Tom is the co-founder of Stokastique, an ESOP consulting firm specializing in keeping ESOPs running for the long term. He is an actuary and began his career working with Fortune 500 companies while at Hewitt Associates. He then worked for Nyhart (a long term ESOP) and ultimately became its CEO while also consulting on pensions. He has a B.S. in Mathematics from Notre Dame, M.A. in Actuarial Science from Ball State and Ph.D. in Business from Oklahoma State and taught at Notre Dame. He serves on multiple ESOP boards one of which is a multinational ESOP manufacturer.
